Hello everyone!

Websites that collect data on citizens in European Union (EU) countries and UK will need to comply with strict new rules around protecting customer data by May 25, due to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This regulations set rules for how and when we can collect personal data from users on our website, so is now required by law to be transparent about the personal data we collect, also be relevant and limited to what is necessary for the intended purpose of collection, but, specially, gain consent from individuals before using it.

The regulations are made for EU and UK citizens but since the site is visited globally, we can’t set this by geolocation, so we have added in our website a privacy policy page, along with a popup saying that you agree with cookies being added during your visit.

As site owners, we don’t really collect any data from you but using Google Ads comply us to update our privacy policy and make it clear about the cookies being used, thank you for understanding.

Today is Paul Rudd’s 48th Birthday! Myself & my partner in crime Jen would like to wish him an amazing birthday spent with friends & family!

As a small way to celebrate Paul’s birthday, my co-web Jen designed our brand new layout for the site & the gallery using one of my favorite Paul shoots from 2013.

And as a small gift from my side, I’ve replaced some of the gallery photoshoots with a bigger size and some additional outtakes I found around the web.

Site Update: Paul Rudd A Year in Review

written by Jen
31 December 2016

With 2016 finally coming to an end, inspired by my friend Lu at jessica-chastain.com, I thought it would be great to do a summary of this last year in regard to Paul’s career.

The year started in mid-January with Paul attending the premiere for the HBO show Vinyl, which starred his friend, Bobby Cannavale. It then continued with his appearance at the Sundance Film Festival for the premiere for his film, The Fundamentals of Caring, which was released later in the year on Netflix on June 24, 2016.

Paul starred in a short film titled Anyone Can Quantum, which also starred Dr. Stephen Hawking and Keanu Reeves. It was released on January 27, 2016 on YouTube and can be watched here. Later in the year, Rudd returned for a voice-over cameo in the sequel titled Quantum is Calling, which starred Dr. Hawking and fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe actor, Zoe Saldana, along and her Star Trek co-stars Simon Pegg and John Cho. The sequel was released on December 12, 2016 on YouTube and can be watched here.

In February and March, Paul attended a couple of events, one was a benefit event for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer Foundation, and the other was a premiere for the film Hello, My Name Is Doris, which was directed by his friend, Michael Showalter.

During April, Paul attended the Los Angeles and United Kingdom premieres of Captain America: Civil War for the press tour, and he appeared on multiple late night talk shows witha few of his co-stars to promote the film.

In between the Captain America press, Paul also attended the premiere for one of his animated films, Nerdland, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 14, 2016. And a couple of weeks later, it was announced that Paul was cast in the upcoming film, The Catcher Was a Spy, as Moe Berg, a professional baseball player, who was also an O.S.S. agent during World War II.

During the first week of May, Paul attended a few events, including the Met Gala 2016 and the New York screening of Captain America: Civil War, which was theatrically released during that week. Later in the month, an episode of Bob’s Burgers, which guest-starred Rudd as the voice of an imaginary horse named Jericho, aired on television.

In May, Paul also began filming a movie titled Ideal Home, which stars Steve Coogan and Paul as a bickering gay couple. The film was later sold wide in AFM 2016 to a number of international buyers.

Every year in the summer, since 2010, Paul has hosted a charity weekend with follow actors from the Kansas City area called “Big Slick Celebrity Weekend” to raise money for Children’s Mercy Hospital. This year’s event took place during June 17-18, 2016.

In August, two of Paul’s animated films were released. The 2015 film The Little Prince was released on Netflix on August 5, 2016, in which Paul voices Mr. Prince, the adult version of the title character. A week later, Sausage Party, in which Paul voices the main human antagonist, Darren, was released in theaters. Paul attended the New York and Los Angeles premieres of the latter film.

Post-August 2016 was more slowed down for Rudd, compared to the rest of the year. He attended a few events in September and December. And his upcoming sci-fi film, Mute, in which he stars alongside Alexander Skarsgård, was picked up by Netflix in October.

Along with the movie releases, Paul did a few new photoshoots to promote his films.

And I think that’s about it? It’s been a pretty busy year, had it ups and downs but as long as we focus on the positive and keep going, we’re going to be ok. I’d like to thank everyone for visiting, for the comments and for the amazing feedback about the site.
I’d also like to wish Paul (and you guys) a happy new year, may 2017 bring you and your families joy and happiness.
